This service agreement outlines the comprehensive terms and conditions under which we provide our expertise in sales appointment setting services.
Our team of GTM Strategists, Engineers and Sales Managers will help identify suitable prospects within your target market, meticulously plan sales appointments, and schedule meeting in your agenda according to your SOW.
Service changes are detailed in your SOW, and split in full-service setup fee and monthly fees, monthly fees can be retainers or retainers + success fees based upon your personalized quote.

In the event of a failure to make timely payments, we reserve the right to cancel any future scheduled sales meetings. You will be provided with notice and an opportunity to remedy any payment issues before further action is taken.
This agreement is effective for the entire duration of our engagement. It does not extend beyond the conclusion of the engagement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Our service is based on flexibility and mutual satisfaction. There are no contracts or time commitments required - other than what recommended in your SOW based upon the lifecycle of your sales opportunities, and you may cancel our service at any time without incurring any additional charges.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client materials, including contact lists, scripts, or other proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. Such materials will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third party.
By accepting these Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree that your acceptance serves as a legally binding electronic signature, which signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms as if you had signed a physical contract. This provision will be enforceable in any dispute resolution process, including banking disputes regarding billing issues.
In case of a billing dispute, any emails will be used as evidence of your acceptance of our terms, including the agreed-upon services and payment terms. This will be submitted as proof to any financial institution or relevant third party to resolve the dispute.
